Ethics Training
Realtor Mandatory Ethics Training for second cycle -
Deadline 12/31/08
The National Association of Realtors requires that every Realtor attend
a min. of 2.5 hours of ethics training every 4 years. The 4
year cycle we are in now is 1/1/05 to 12/31/08. The deadline is
approaching. If you have not satisfied your ethics training requirement,
the courses below will help you comply.

through NAR (no CE credits earned), online
courses (fee) approved for NYS CE credits and classroom courses (fee) approved
for NYS CE credits all satisfy this requirement.

NAR offers its members a free online course to satisfy your
Mandatory Ethics training requirement needed by 12/31/08.
In
order to access the course, you will need an internet connection
and your NRDS ID # handy. If you are already registered
into NAR's website and know your NRDS #, you can access
the NAR

*This course satisfies your NAR ethics training requirement
however, it is not approved for
NYS CE credit toward your license.

Nassau and Suffolk counties which are approved for 3 NYS CE
credits toward your license and will also satisfy your NAR
